Times of Refreshing is a media outreach of The Well Christian Community. Pastors Napoleon and Nicole pray that the broadcast greatly magnifies the Lord Jesus Christ and helps to prepare a people for His glorious return. In March of 2003 Pastor Napoleon along with fifteen others planted “The Well,” which has become a beacon of light in the Bay Area.
